ในการที่ท่านได้เข้าใช้งานเว็บไซต์นี้นั้นหมายความว่า
ท่านได้ตกลงยินยอมที่จะปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขเหล่านี้
โปรดอ่านข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขต่อไปนี้อย่างละเอียด
ในการที่ท่านใช้งานหรือเข้าถึงเว็บไซต์นี้นั้นหมายความว่า ท่านได้รับรองกับซาโนฟี่และตกลงยินยอมว่าท่าน (1)
มีอายุอย่างน้อย 20 ปี และเป็นผู้บรรลุนิติภาวะ
หรือบรรลุนิติภาวะตามกฎหมายภายใต้กฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งหมดในเขตอำนาจศาลในภูมิลำเนาของท่าน (2)

โดยมีเจตนาที่จะปฏิบัติตามสิ่งที่กล่าวมาข้างต้น หากท่านมีอายุต่ำกว่า 20 ปี

หรือ “เรา”) ซึ่งเป็นบริษัทสาขาของกลุ่มบริษัทซาโนฟี่ แผนผังและองค์ประกอบแต่ละส่วนของเว็บไซต์นี้
ซึ่งรวมถึงเนื้อหา ข้อมูลข่าวสาร ข้อมูล การออกแบบ เครื่องหมายการค้า และตราสัญลักษณ์ต่างๆ
(แต่ไม่จำกัดอยู่เพียงเท่านี้) ที่ปรากฏอยู่บนเว็บไซต์นี้
ได้รับการคุ้มครองโดยกฎหมายว่าด้วยทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาที่มีผลบังคับใช้อยู่ในปัจจุบันนี้

ทั้งนี้อนุญาตให้ทำสำเนาเพื่อนำไปใช้เป็นการส่วนตัวเฉพาะในกรณีที่ท่านนำไปใช้ส่วนตัวซึ่งไม่ใช่เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ในเชิงพาณิชย์
บนเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ส่วนตัวของท่าน โดยต้องเป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดของกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง
การนำส่วนหนึ่งส่วนใดซึ่งประกอบขึ้นเป็นเว็บไซต์นี้หรือที่แสดงอยู่บนเว็บไซต์นี้ไปใช้โดยได้รับอนุญาตใดก็ตาม

หรือผู้ออกให้อนุญาตหรือเจ้าของรายใดก็ตามในที่นี้ภายใต้ข้อกำหนดการใช้งานนี้จะได้รับอนุญาตให้ใช้งานได้ก็ต่อเมื่อเป็นไปตามเงื่อนไขต่อไปนี้
(1) ได้มีการปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดเรื่องสิทธิในทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา และห้ามมิให้กระทำการใดๆ
อันเป็นการส่งผลเสียหายหรือส่งผลกระทบในทางเสียหายต่อสิทธิในทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาดังกล่าว และ (2)
ได้มีการปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งหมด ซาโนฟี่ บริษัทในเครือของซาโนฟี่ หรือเจ้าของสิทธิ์
หรือผู้ให้อนุญาตแต่ละราย
ขอสงวนสิทธิในการดำเนินการทางกฎหมายกับการละเมิดสิทธิในทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาของตนในทุกกรณี
โดยทั่วไป เว็บไซต์นี้จะให้ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับการดูแลรักษาโรคเบาหวานโดยใช้อินซูลิน
ซึ่งเป็นข้อมูลที่จัดทำขึ้นโดยสมาคมผู้ให้ความรู้โรคเบาหวานแห่งประเทศไทย (“สมาคมฯ”)
ในขณะที่ซาโนฟี่และสมาคมฯ
จะใช้ความพยายามของเราอย่างเต็มความสามารถในการทำให้ข้อมูลที่จัดให้มีขึ้นผ่านทางเว็บไซต์นี้มีความถูกต้องและเป็นปัจจุบัน
แต่ถึงกระนั้นซาโนฟี่และสมาคมฯ ไม่อาจให้การรับประกันหรือการรับรองใดๆ ไม่ว่าจะโดยชัดแจ้งหรือโดยนัย
ว่าข้อมูลดังกล่าวนี้มีความครบถ้วนสมบูรณ์และถูกต้อง
นอกจากนี้ เว็บไซต์นี้อาจมีการให้ความคิดเห็นโดยสมาคมฯ
หรือผู้เชี่ยวชาญเฉพาะสาขาซึ่งเกี่ยวข้องกับเนื้อหาของเว็บไซต์นี้
หรือข้อมูลที่ตัดทอนมาจากสื่อสิ่งพิมพ์หรือบทความที่ได้รับการตีพิมพ์เผยแพร่ในวารสารวิชาการ
ข้อมูลดังกล่าวใดๆ ก็ตามเป็นเพียงความเห็นของสมาคมฯ และ/หรือความเห็นส่วนตัวของผู้เชี่ยวชาญ
หรือของสื่อสิ่งพิมพ์วารสารวิชาการ
และไม่จำเป็นต้องเป็นความเห็นของซาโนฟี่หรือกลุ่มบริษัทซาโนฟี่แต่อย่างใด
ผู้เชี่ยวชาญดังกล่าวคนใดก็ตามไม่ได้เป็นลูกจ้างของซาโนฟี่หรือกลุ่มบริษัทซาโนฟี
และไม่ได้รับค่าตอบแทนใดๆ เพื่อเป็นข้อแลกเปลี่ยนจากการที่ซาโนฟี่ได้ใช้ความเห็นของพวกเขาทั้งหลาย
ซาโนฟี่ไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความถูกต้องหรือครบถ้วนสมบูรณ์ของข้อมูลและความเห็นดังกล่าวใดๆ ก็ตาม
เว็บไซต์นี้ยังอาจมีข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับสุขภาพ สภาพร่างกาย สาขาการแพทย์ และการรักษาโรคต่างๆ ในมนุษย์
ข้อมูลดังกล่าวได้รับการตีพิมพ์เผยแพร่บนเว็บไซต์นี้เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ในการให้ข้อมูลแต่เพียงเท่านั้น
และไม่อาจนำมาใช้แทนคำแนะนำของแพทย์ของท่านหรือเภสัชกรแต่อย่างใด ไม่ว่าในกรณีใดก็ตาม

3. ข้อจำกัดการใช้เว็บไซต์นี้และการจัดให้มีเว็บไซต์นี้พร้อมใช้งาน
เว็บไซต์นี้และเนื้อหาของเว็บไซต์ที่จัดให้มีขึ้นแก่ท่านผ่านทางเว็บไซต์นี้มีไว้เพื่อการใช้งานส่วนตัวของท่านที่ไม่ใช่การใช้งานเพื่อเชิงพาณิชย์แต่เพียงอย่างเดียวเท่านั้น
ท่านต้องรับผิดชอบต่อกิจกรรมใดก็ตามที่ดำเนินการโดยท่านบนเว็บไซต์นี้
หรือเกี่ยวกับกรณีที่ท่านมีการละเมิดข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขที่เกี่ยวข้องใดๆ ก็ตาม
และท่านอาจต้องเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบต่อกรณีเกิดการสูญเสียและความเสียหายใดๆ
ก็ตามที่เกิดขึ้นจากการที่ท่านไม่ปฏิบัติตามหรือต่อกิจกรรมดังกล่าว ท่านตกลงที่จะไม่อัพโหลด โพสต์
ส่งผ่าน หรือทำให้มีขึ้นซึ่งเนื้อหาใดก็ตามบนเว็บไซต์นี้ซึ่ง (1) เป็นสิ่งที่ไม่ชอบด้วยกฎหมาย
เป็นอันตราย เข้าข่ายขมขู่คุกคาม หยาบคาย หมิ่นประมาท หรือเป็นการน่ารังเกียจต่อบุคคลใดก็ตาม; หรือ (2)
ละเมิดกฎหมายและระเบียบข้อบังคับที่เกี่ยวข้องใดๆ ก็ตาม
ซาโนฟี่ขอสงวนสิทธิโดยขึ้นอยู่กับดุลพินิจของซาโนฟี่แต่เพียงฝ่ายเดียว ในการทำการคัดกรองเบื้องต้น
ปฏิเสธ ลบทิ้ง หรือนำเนื้อหาใดๆ ก็ตามออกจากเว็บไซต์นี้
ซึ่งรวมถึงแต่ไม่จำกัดอยู่เพียงเนื้อหาหรือข้อมูลใดก็ตามที่มีการลงประกาศหรือส่งผ่านโดยท่านซึ่งมีอยู่บนเว็บไซต์นี้
โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ท่านทราบหรือไม่ต้องมีความรับผิดใดๆต่อท่าน
ท่านตกลงและยอมรับ (1) ว่าท่านจะรับผิดชอบแต่เพียงผู้เดียวต่อกิจกรรมใดก็ตามบนเว็บไซต์นี้
หรือที่เกิดจากความบกพร่องใดๆ ก็ตามในการจำกัดการเข้าถึงเว็บไซต์นี้
และท่านอาจต้องเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบต่อกรณีเกิดการสูญเสียใดๆ
ก็ตามที่เกิดขึ้นจากความบกพร่องดังกล่าวของท่าน; (2)
ว่าไม่สามารถทำได้ในทางเทคนิคในการจัดให้มีเว็บไซต์นี้โดยปราศจากข้อบกพร่องใดๆ ก็ตาม
และว่าซาโนฟี่ไม่สามารถทำเช่นนั้นได้; (3) ว่าข้อบกพร่องต่างๆ
อาจส่งผลให้ท่านไม่สามารถเข้าใช้เว็บไซต์นี้ได้เป็นการชั่วคราว; และ (4)
ว่าการให้บริการเว็บไซต์นี้อาจได้รับผลกระทบจากเหตุการณ์และ/หรือสิ่งอื่นใดที่ซาโนฟี่ไม่สามารถควบคุมได้
อาทิ วิธีการส่งผ่านข้อมูลและการสื่อสารระหว่างท่านและซาโนฟี่ และระหว่างซาโนฟี่และเครือข่ายอื่นๆ
ซาโนฟี่
และหรือผู้ให้บริการของซาโนฟี่อาจทำการปรับเปลี่ยนหรือระงับการให้บริการเว็บไซต์นี้ทั้งหมดหรือเพียงบางส่วนได้ตลอดเวลา
เป็นการชั่วคราวหรือถาวร เพื่อดำเนินการซ่อมบำรุง และ/หรือทำการปรับปรุง และ/หรือเปลี่ยนแปลงเว็บไซต์นี้
ซาโนฟี่ไม่รับผิดชอบต่อกรณีที่ท่านไม่สามารถเข้าถึง เข้าใช้เว็บไซต์นี้ การปรับเปลี่ยน การระงับบริการ
หรือยุติการให้บริการเว็บไซต์ในทุกกรณี ซาโนฟี่อาจใช้ดุลพินิจในการจำกัดการเข้าถึงเว็บไซต์นี้ของท่าน
โดยไม่ต้องมีความรับผิดต่อท่านหรือบุคคลที่สามใดๆ ก็ตาม
4. นโยบายเรื่องข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ข้อมูลอื่นๆ และนโยบายการใช้คุกกี้
เว็บไซต์นี้ไม่ได้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อรับ เก็บรวบรวม
หรือดำเนินกระบวนการกับข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลและ/หรือข้อมูลความลับจากท่านแต่อย่างใด ดังนั้น ข้อมูลใดๆ ก็ตาม

ท่านอาจเข้าร่วมตอบแบบสำรวจหรือการสำรวจความคิดเห็นโดยสมัครใจผ่านทางเว็บไซต์นี้
และท่านอาจเลือกให้ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับอายุ เพศของท่าน และข้อมูลทั่วไปอื่นๆ
ซึ่งเป็นข้อมูลที่ไม่ทำให้สามารถระบุตัวตนของท่านได้
เว็บไซต์นี้อาจมีการใช้คุกกี้ซึ่งมีความจำเป็นสำหรับการดำเนินงานและให้บริการเว็บไซต์นี้

ซาโนฟี่ไม่ได้ควบคุมและกำกับดูแลเนื้อหาของเว็บไซต์บุคคลที่สามดังกล่าว
ซึ่งมีความเป็นอิสระจากซาโนฟี่โดยสมบูรณ์ อนึ่ง การมีอยู่ของลิงก์เชื่อมโยง
ระหว่างเว็บไซต์นี้และเว็บไซต์บุคคลที่สามไม่ว่าในกรณีใดก็ตามไม่ได้หมายความว่า
ซาโนฟี่ให้การรับรองเนื้อหาของเว็บไซต์หรือวีดิทัศน์ของบุคคลที่สามดังกล่าวแต่อย่างใด
และโดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่ง การใช้เว็บไซต์บุคคลที่สามดังกล่าว
นอกจากนี้ ท่านยังต้องรับผิดชอบในการใช้ความระมัดระวังตามความจำเป็นเพื่อป้องกันการติดไวรัสใดๆ
ก็ตามจากเว็บไซต์นี้ โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งการติดไวรัสคอมพิวเตอร์

ซาโนฟี่จะไม่รับผิดใดๆ ต่อกรณีที่เว็บไซต์ดังกล่าวไม่ให้บริการ
และซาโนฟี่ไม่ได้ทำการตรวจสอบอย่างละเอียด ตรวจเช็ค หรือรับรองเว็บไซต์เหล่านั้น
และไม่รับผิดชอบในเนื้อหา โฆษณา ผลิตภัณฑ์ หรือส่วนประกอบอื่นๆ ที่อยู่บนหรือผ่านทางเว็บไซต์เหล่านั้น
ทั้งนี้โปรดทราบว่าซาโนฟี่ไม่รับผิดชอบการเก็บรวบรวม การใช้งาน การดูแลและเก็บรักษา การแบ่งปัน
หรือการเปิดเผยข้อมูลและข้อมูลข่าวสารโดยบุคคลที่สาม
หากท่านมอบข้อมูลให้แก่เว็บไซต์หรือแพลตฟอร์มของบุคคลที่สามดังกล่าว
นโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวและข้อกำหนดเรื่องการให้บริการบนเว็บไซต์หรือแพลตฟอร์มเหล่านั้นก็จะมีผลใช้บังคับ

ซาโนฟี่จะพยายามอย่างสุดความสามารถเพื่อให้มั่นใจได้ว่าข้อมูลที่ได้รับการตีพิมพ์เผยแพร่บนเว็บไซต์นี้
มีความถูกต้องและเป็นปัจจุบัน
ซาโนฟี่ขอสงวนสิทธิในการแก้ไขเนื้อหาให้ถูกต้องหรือลบเนื้อหาทิ้งได้ตลอดเวลาโดยไม่แจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า

- สำหรับกรณีที่เกิดความเสียหายใดๆ ก็ตามที่เกิดจากข้อมูล ความคิดเห็น หรือข้อความต่างๆ

Educator (collectively hereinafter the "Site"). By accessing the Site, you agree to be bound by
these terms and conditions. Please read these terms and conditions carefully.
By using or accessing the Site, you represent to Sanofi and agree that you (i) are at least 20 years of
age and have reached the age of majority or the legal age under all applicable laws in your
jurisdiction, (ii) will use the site only in a manner consistent with applicable laws, regulations, and
legal requirements, and (iii) have read, understood and agree to these terms of use with the intent to
be legally bound by them. If you are under 20 years of age, you must obtain permission from your

Association will use our best efforts to keep the information provided via the Site accurate and up

The Site may also offer opinions by the Association or experts in a particular field in relation
to the content of the Site or excerpts from press articles or publication. Any such information
solely represents the Association's opinion and/or experts' personal opinion or the publication, and
is not necessarily the opinion of Sanofi or the Sanofi Group. Any such experts are not employees of
Sanofi or the Sanofi Group and do not receive any emoluments in exchange for Sanofi using their
